We collect used Plastpac plastic boxes, sheets, and packaging materials from partners and customers.
Plastpac has setup a closed loop recycling program that enables Polycrates to be picked up from a depot bailed in full loads, the boxes are cleaned and recycled, and re-used in manufacturing of new products.
This program was created to remove packaging from waste stream and to ensure that no boxes should reach the landfill.
We collect used Plastpac plastic boxes, sheets, and packaging materials from partners and customers.
The sorted plastic is shredded into small, uniform flakes, preparing it for deep cleaning and reprocessing.
The flakes are melted and extruded into raw plastic pellets, the base material for new products.
The pellets are thoroughly washed, dried, and then poured into large sacks, clean, filtered, and ready for production
The finished products go back into the supply chain, ready to be reused and recycled all over again.
